The Charme Spagna Boutique Hotel is housed in a beautiful historical building located in the heart of Rome’s old city centre.
Our Hotel is located on the first and third floor of a building and on the second floor of a separate building in the historic center of Rome, in Via della Mercede 37, a picturesque street close to Rome’s most beautiful attractions. Piazza di Spagna and the stunning Spanish Steps are a just a short, enjoyable walk away, as is the famous Trevi Fountain and the Quirinale Palace, with its lush gardens. You can then take a stroll through Rome’s charming alleys to get to Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, and Campo de' Fiori.
Guests staying at the Charme Spagna Boutique Hotel can choose from 23 elegant rooms and Suites; some are located on the first and third floors of the main building in Via della Mercede, while others are in a separate building just a few yards away, at 42 Via della Mercede.
